Pale Blue Dot

First off I would like to say "Thanks Obama". So the sun is gone , the planets frozen over, and I have been saved to rebuild Earth in another solar system, this is going to be fun ( hem hem sarcasm). So the first thing that is needed is that the planet must be in the habitual zone, which  is a area around a star to where conditions are right to make a planet habitual. Next is water, because without accessible water life isn't going anywhere on this planet. Next is Oxygen or another breathable gas unless you just what this whole thing to fail, then that might be important. Now the moon will be important for tides. Another thing that would be nice to have would be biotic factors likes planets, and animals for human uses and consumption. Next would be humans male and female to um.. well all tell you later. And now the masses need to be right for example ( this is not at all the actual masses of these objects) So let's say that the sun mass is 200,000 kilograms, so the earth would have to be 1,000 kilograms and the moon would have to be 1 kilogram. So now let's begin to start project New Terra.
