What if the moon wasn't their? Just one day you wake up in the middle of the night and poof there is no moon ( And you saw a full moon right before you we to sleep at 9 pm ( and you woke up at 11 pm)). what are the effects of this happening?
The are long term effects of course like the seasons would be different from how we consider them to be. So crops might now longer be able to survive, and some pest might flourish to so a famine might not be to far fetched when you take that into consideration. Another ting that would happen is that Earth's orbit would be affected and could cause a multitude of problems that would culminate in are extinction as well as the extinction of all life on Earth. Some short term affects might be that we won't have tides, which doesn't seem like the end of the world but it is for many sea animals that rely on the tide for their own reasons ( and some mammals rely on the tides for food and water). And there would be no more eclipses and thus the toilet paper roll extinction will begin. So thought we don't think of the moon as much more than a rock that orbits are planet, we would miss it in some form or another. So remember Gru don't steal the moon else you won't have a planet to store it on, because you will be dead.
